"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

"This was a place we had picked on short notice! It met and exceeded our expectations!! The room was beautiful and super clean. Breakfast in the morning was excellent!!! Milena was very accommodating for our breakfast and was delicious!!!! Would not only stay here again but would highly recommend to others!!!"

"I stayed in a luxury room with a jetted tub. Was fabulous.... robes are exquisite. Staff is lovely. Can't wait to stay again!"

"This is an unique experience for us. There is no traditional lobby or reception area. All entrances are managed by electronic keypad. The staff coordinated with us through the text messages for daily cleanup and other needs. The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder. Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones."

"Clean room. Courteous staff. Perfect for a quick stay and close to everything. Road construction outside the parking garage was a nuisance but that was out of the control of the hotel. Definitely would stay again when we're in town."

"The outside firepit area was closed, the rooftop bar and hangout area was closed because they had a private event earlier that day. The main bar in the lobby area had red ropes across like they weren't supposed to be accessible but there were people at the bar. We walked to the side of the bar anyway and tried to order a drink to take to our room which didn't seem welcome then we were given the wrong drink. "The establishment was very clean, what I liked the most was the hallways were bright. Breakfast was really good. Had options. My room was:clean, smelled clean, very spacious for 4 people. Didn't feel cramped. The outside area has stores, restaurants. One negative. My room the shade was broken. So bright! light day and night. I let front desk know. They were nice and said to give a complaint to headquarters. NO one to fix it. BUT otherwise I would stay again."
