nice room and super quiet. Bed extremely comfortable! I wanted to take it home with me lol. Cons: 1. the water was Luke warm 2. I chose the “Pay at Property” option when I booked my stay, only to see that they tried to charge my card before I even landed in Seattle. I did not like that at all. That option is there for a reason, if confirmation is needed that a person will still be arriving, then I would suggest sending an email or phone call to confirm stay the night before. But then trying to charge my card before I even landed did not sit well with me. And the reason they gave, “we charge at arrival.” Ma’am, I haven’t even arrived yet! Check in on their site says 4PM! I was still in the air at 1pm when I got the messages of them trying to charge my card.

It was a beautiful room and nice property. The things that are not good are: the cafe/coffee place is not open until 10 am, the casino isn't open until 10 and it was a long walk to casino from hotel. We had to drive 10 minutes into town to get breakfast. It was a long walk from our hotel room to the casino. Since we are in our 60's, we only went to casino once when we had planned on going a few times.

Hello Linda, We are sorry that you weren't told about the Cedar Espresso in the main lobby next to the Front Desk for coffee in the morning. It does open at 6am and has not only coffee but a selection of breakfast menu items for you to enjoy as well. We are also happy to arrange escorts with our Security team to give you a ride to the main casino entrance if you need a little help getting to the front entrance. We hope to see you again, and will be happy to accommodate your needs.

At the front are the receptionists, they are not very kind, they are not very friendly and even if you are on the line they prefer to serve someone else, I don't know if it is because I am of a different race or I don't know, but that was my impression that they were not very friendly to me.

Every year on my birthday I make a trip to Lucky eagle and I usually get one of the rooms with the fireplace and the tub. This year I decided to upgrade to a suite and let me tell you it's not worth the extra money it's one big room, one big bathroom. there's no privacy. it's best to pay the lower price and get the rooms with the fireplaces because that has a living room space and bedroom. Much better deal

Reviewing your past stays you were previously in a Black River Suite which has the fireplace you mentioned, however for the booking you are referencing you selected a Sky Queen Suite. While we have done our best to communicate with our booking partners of all of the features for our rooms and not all suites have the same features available in them, we understand that confusion can sometimes happen. Please feel free to reach out to us directly even if you are booking with one of our booking partners and we will be happy to help you select the room that will meet your expectations.

While the non-smoking room was fine, the entry lobby for the hotel smelled terribly of stale smoke. Definitely needs some attention.

Lobby and hallways were sooooo smoky smelling. I’m not sure I’ve ever stayed in a place that smelled so strongly if smoke. Our room was fresh smelling, clean and spacious though- very nice. No maid service during the day apparently.

The water took 15 min to get barely lukewarm for a shower this morning. We were told that’s about all you get on the 3rd floor when it’s full. This seems pretty poor for a hotel. Wasn’t super impressed overall.

We should have stayed in Olympia area for the same 20 minute drive from our sports venue in Centralia. I have learned my lesson to never again subject my family to lodging at a casino. There is just no way to escape the smoky atmosphere. We left with headaches and smoke infused clothing and luggage.

All the indoor areas (except the bedrooms) smell like they are trying hard to mask the smell of cigarette smoke. At check in, staff behaved as if they were doing me a favor by checking me on. They were more interested in their personal conversations. The building looks nice from the outside though.

It’s not so bad, checking in with the cigarette smoke gave me a headache. The minute I walked into the building the room was OK never came and gave us fresh towels the next day.

Wish that the reception area did not wreak of smoke. The designated smoke free areas in the casino was not well defined. The room was a good standard. The Crafts restaurant was well designed and good food.

King suites well worthwhile! Really liked that the bedroom has own door, separated from living area. Rooms larger than most studios apartments, very spacious with modern comforts and clean.
