"What a charming, sweet place! My husband and I stayed here as a half way point between a concert venue and visiting family in Maine. We were going to arrive late, so we called to inform the front desk. Tracy was so kind and accommodating, offering a late night check in alternative in case she wasn’t there when we arrived. "Motel. Dirty room wasn’t cleaned. Moved to other room and shower didn’t even work. Found purple inanimate object that bled through shower mat"

"The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"We were charged $151 by Expedia and when we checked in we were charged an additional $121. The staff was snippy and Un responsive stating it was just a hold charge but my husband told her it went thru as a sale and she wouldn’t do anything basically saying it was our problem."

"The room was beautiful and the location close to downtown Wolfeboro was perfect. The Tavern was fine for a snack but dinner in the offered more variety. Great weekend."

"For the price it was decent for a quick passing through. Room was clean but had off putting smell about it. Pool was not maintained. There seemed to be multiple more permanent residents living at the motel that were hanging out smoking outside our door. Friendly but off putting."

"The property was convenient to downtown Dover eateries and had ample parking in a kind of protected courtyard. Our room could have used some TLC. The walls in the bathroom were rough from previous changes and paint, with one spot of drywall exposed from something previously hung on it. There was a void in the ceramic tile on the bathroom floor for an access panel of some sort. The carpet in our room was in need of a serious cleaning or replacement. "Staff are nice and friendly"

"Location is very convenient for going to the beach. Pool facilities are very over crowded. Lots of voice at night and in morning from children running. Definitely a very good family destination. Room was clean and comfortable."
