It was freezing cold outside yet room was warm and comfortable. Nice continental breakfast enjoyed by a toasty fireplace while snow was falling outside. A hidden gem with an incredible front office husband and wife staff."

"Our stay was very comfortable. This is an older motel but very well kept up. The room was clean and inviting. It is directly off I495 but very quiet. Did not hear any traffic at all. Close to dining and gas stations. We arrived late at night and the owner was very pleasant and helpful. "

"It was a great experience. The hotel is clean. I stayed there with my family, we liked the size of the fridge. We even had a stove in our room, it feels like you are home. We were able to cook, they have kitchen utensils and much more available in the cabinets."

"We will definitely go back there when there is a show to watch at the Spire Center. We talked about coming back for two nights next time. How cool is it to drive up to your hotel door and walk right in! People want convenience and that’s what you provide. We are sorry we missed breakfast as they stopped serving at 10 am, but that was no fault of Best Western. Excellent!"
