"At first arrival the building looked a bit dated. They style was not what we expected. After checking in and going to the room, all concerns vanished. The room was spotless, well appointed and well located. The provided breakfast was fine, had good variety and the staff was very attentive with their assistance and service."

"Check in was easy, staff member was helpful and polite. Room is dated, but well maintained and clean. Wifi worked well in the room, but not outside while in my vehicle (parked right outside my room door). No cell phone service (emergency call only) or data (Fido's 5G network), but definitely not a deal breaker as I was able to communicate with family over the wifi network. Over-all, stay was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again."

"The desk clerk showed us to our room to ensure we knew how everything worked and that all was as we expected. The room had been updated and was very clean etc. For the money one could not expect more and I would encourage others to stay there."

"Stayed for four nights in a corner room on the top floor. Incredible views! So nice to be directly on the lake with a private beach. Room was clean. This is an older motel that is being renovated. I liked the no carpets and loved the balcony with two chairs and a table. Kitchen had the basic necessities including a cook top. Cabinet doors and baseboards were falling off. Great BBQ space! I would definitely come back!"

"I booked through Expedia and room was described incorrectly on Expedia’s site. They did end up giving me an upgrade to a room with a kitchen which I thought I already booked. First room I was given had drywall up, not painted and no face plates on light switches. The new room with the kitchen was great. Staff was also very nice."

"This is a beautiful resort. It was quiet and not very crowded. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful without exception. The rooms were comfortable and our bed was comfortable too. It is somewhat isolated but Osoyoos is small so we were 5 minutes drive from all manner of shopping. Parking is underground in a parkade which was handy and secure. Our only surprise was that we could not bring our drinks to the beach or pool area as these areas are considered part of the lounge and only...

"The property is VERY OLD and NEEDS A LOT OF TLC! One of the owners has passed away and his family members are helping keeping it going but it is beyond help. I would 1000% NOT stay here."
