"Espace déjeuner petit mais quand même un bon choix de nourriture. Le personnel s'assure que tous les choix soient disponibles et que tout soit propre. Le look extérieur ne reflète pas la propreté à l'intérieur. Un petit plus, cruche d'eau citronnée ou naturelle offerte au hall."

"The hotel is very musty smelling. The room was unacceptable. One of the curtains had a massive hole in the middle of it. We had to kill 2 large bugs crawling around on the floor. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet and was not secured to the toilet properly and would slide all over when seated. The vanity top was barely holding on and sagging off the wall. The bed frame was bent and broken."

"We had a wonderful stay at OTL Gouverneur Sherbrooke. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food. We would definitely stay here again!"
