"Room was clean and served my needs. Staff was very polite and professional. There were numerous travel sports teams also staying at the hotel. They overran the common areas, held up the elevators trying to play and be funny and ran the halls on my floor until after midnight."

"Clean rooms, large for a big family (expanded double queen room sleeps 6 comfortably). Two TVs in the space, kids don't argue! Staff were pleasant and checl-in was easy. There was a large outdoor event happening when we arrived, which was loud in our room (we faced the event), but it ended right when the staff said it would, right around 9 pm. "All the blankets were dirty, the bed frame was stained, and there was a huge hole in the mattress left by previous occupants. There were traces of blood on the toilet paper. The staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty."

"There were only two luggage carts which was not even close to being enough. I waited over 30 minutes for a cart and ended up making several trips to my car with an 8 year old because we had to transport our own luggage without a cart. Also, had to wait a half hour to make a waffle at breakfast. Not enough waffle makers or staff to keep the food containers filled. Staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed to answer questions. Will not use this hotel again."
