"The perfect hotel for an overnight stay in beautiful Morro Bay! Rooms are small but renovated nicely, everything is clean and well kept. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to downtown and local restaurants and bars. Directly across the street is a fantastic local spot for an early morning breakfast before you start your day. The only downside is how thin the walls are, with this being an old hotel that has been renovated. Easy to hear conversations coming from the room next...

"I'm sure the property was nice at one time, it has a nice view of the bay, but it is in need of a renovation. The rooms and property needs painted. The bathroom is pretty shabby. The windows are dirty in the dining room. It really wasn't worth the price we paid at all."
