"Great location and friendly staff. We could walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Bathrooms need an update, ours had broken and cracked baseboards and a floor tile in front of sink that was loose. Bathtub was old, shower curtain was tattered. The bed was comfy, we had a great view of the ocean from our room."

"Perfect resort in San Simeon! We loved that it it dog friendly with no extra fees. The have 2 pools and 2 fire pits with lots of chairs. They have outdoor games like giant checkers and Chess. The beach is accessible in the resort. There are paved walkways so it’s easy for the dogs to walk around. They have a restaurant with lots of great selections. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. We got upgraded to ocean view since we have VIP access and free sparking wine as well....

"only 20 rooms but 5 min walk to beach and pier and restaurant's. Room was very clean..simple...great bed. pod coffee maker with COSTCO coffee pods included along with shampoo/moisturizers etc all included. Price was right"

"Nice two-bedroom, two bath space with a balcony. Had fun games outside for all ages. Short walk to try beach and they provide chairs and other beach items. Pool was heated and had a hot tub. Breakfast was nice—waffles, eggs, breakfast meat, bagels etc"

"Great location and views of the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, Adirondack chairs facing the ocean heated pool, fire pit, self serve breakfast. It’s also a very short drive to Hearst Castle. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean."

"I have stayed here a few times with my family of 4. Check-in is always quick and easy. It is at a walkable distance from shops and restaurants. You can see the Morro Bay rock from your window. Rooms are nice, beds and pillows are comfortable and they offer a decent breakfast. Overall great stay."
