"the Hotel is more like a motel with separate buildings behind the reception. However, design is modern, almost like a small resort, and great access to parking and to the main street of Hahndorf. The rooms are a good size and the bed is super comfy. One thing I am particular about is a good sized towel and their towels were bug and fluffy.. The rooms have a fridge, sink and tea/coffee which you dont really need given the great coffee in the area. Would totally stay here again"

"What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills. Beautifully restored, fireplaces galore, great welcoming bar and elegant dining room with fabulous wine room. Couldn’t fault the hotel, our room was so cosy and comfortable, gorgeous large marble bathroom and balcony (Tiers room). Good provisions provided for continental breakfast and snacks, great location, short drive up to Mount lofty lookout...

"We loved our stay at Mt Lofty House. Highly recommend the daily history tour at 4.30pm. All staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. Our room was divine. A tip, the cookies are the best. There’s a jar left out and topped up daily but it’s a bit of a secret. We dined at Martha’s and after a really busy day, loved the easy going nature of this restaurant. We also had the 7 course degustation menu at Hardys Veranda another night. We didn’t enjoy this as much as Martha’s purely as...

" Overall, the property was excellent but was let down by the lack of TV reception. Given that our visit was for the Gather Round Football, our plan was to watch many of the games on TV. However, that was not possible because of there being no satellite connection because of the cloud cover. It was a major disappointment and as a result we had very little leisure time at the property. The property is advertised as family accommodation, so the TV coverage issues need to be rectified."

"Arkaba Hotel, my partner loves this hotel, his stayed over 50x for business, great for a man that only has to go into the bar and order his meal, and has the room upstairs, he loves the area and the place, staff are great to him that know him, rooms are good. meals are great atmosphere he loves sitting in the sports bar to have dinner and watch the golf or footy."

"Beautiful room very clean lovely bottle of champagne staff very friendly and helpful. Parking was the only worry. Left car in the street around corner but wasn’t happy."

"Perfect location for our needs"

"It was very dirty. The only good thing was the cleaning lady that was lovely and the front desk worker was nice. The place doesn’t look like the photos. It was in a bad area. The bed was uncomfortable, the rooms were old. Won’t stay there again. Had no laundry when their website say they do. Door latch was dodgy and felt unsafe. "

"First room they provided me, which I had previously stayed in before had the same broken table in it which hadn’t been repaired even after reporting it on my last stay. They then moved me into another room and found a lot of mould in the shower. They did clean it eventually but then it was hard to enter the room after cleaning due to the amount of bleach used. Very hard to breathe afterwards."

"We spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama. It was convenient to the places we were visiting whilst in Adelaide and it is brand new, so generally everything sparkles! The free parking was appreciated. I had made a change to our booking prior to our visit, which hadn’t updated on the Hotel system when we booked in, however, the reception staff were able to sort it out for us."
