"The views are great and the access to the hiking trails are very accessible. The hotel itself could use some updating as everything is a little beat up - not what was expected from a Wyndham property. We also did not get the ocean view room that we had requested which felt weird as hotel had a lot of vacancy."

"Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we expected. When we arrived, the toilet was already clogged, and we had to immediately call someone to come fix it. The shower also did not drain properly, making it difficult to use.The room was also in poor condition. The lock on our room door was broken, which was a major security and privacy concern. The walls and counter were very run down and appeared dirty, and overall the room looked like it had not been properly maintained. For the price we...

"Property not in ship shape, curtains/shades in the room run down, old and small tv.
Terrible staff, un attentive and low level of enthusiasm
Very poor Wi-Fi and when I went downstairs to ask at the front desk they called the IT service provider and had ME deal with the problem on the phone, beyond pathetic !!!!!!
