"We got the room for a cheap rate on a last minute trip to the beach. It served its purpose, but that’s about it. Disappointed with the lack of coffee pot and rock hard mattress (and super flat pillows). Also, the motel doesn’t even have an ice machine. And the bathroom is super tiny. But… everything worked and it was a two minute walk to the beach to watch the sunrise in the morning, so as long as you have low expectations, this place isn’t a horrible stay. I wouldn’t have paid anymore than what I did though!"

"This is a great place. So accommodating and the staff is wonderful. A new England style inn, with a vintage vibe. Very clean,quiet and comfortable. You'll love it. We did!"

"This is my go-to hotel in Hampton Beach. It's consistently clean with friendly staff and a great location. I recommend the suite (its pull-out couch is actually comfortable as a second bed) which has a balcony facing the ocean, right across the street. Plenty of parking, some underground in a garage, coffee in the lobby, elevator, and as a bonus a great little coffee shop right there as well - they serve breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, etc. that you can grab and take to the beach (just hold on tight so the seagulls don't steal your food!)"

"I stayed two nights at ashworth by the sea. It was more updated than I expected it to be. The building seemed very well maintained. The rooms were beautiful. We stayed in the two queen with ocean view. The view was breath taking. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. There were only two negative remarks I must state. 1. I wish we didn't have to use valet parking. I think it was ridiculous that, that was the only parking option available. I would have loved to seen self parking in their parking garage under the building. Not that we ran into any troubles but it would have saved us a few bucks. 2. The resort fee was pretty high considering we did not use the amenities that were entailed in the resort fees. I paid a lot more when all was said and done than I expected to pay. So it was definitely a price shock at the end of the stay. Word of advice expect to pay at least $200 more than what you already paid on Expedia."
