"First, if you have ANY issues this property, including management will tell you to contact whomever you booked through. Expect unexpected charges, non-disclosed fees and non-disclosed credit card holds for incidentals. Some of these exceed 30% of your nightly booking.
The room was small, musty, and had an in wall HVAC that had to cycle constantly due to the 1/4 gap under the door. The unit was running at 62db and was less than 3ft from the bed. We tried to mitigate this by stuffing a towel under the door.
Expect "gotcha" fees. Like complimentary "in-room bottled water" but that does not include all "bottles".
No in room phone, you have to try to chase down the staff via outside lines.
Parking exceeds $50 a day.
"Incidental holds" exceed $200 per day.
When we checked in there was a line of 5 guests with issues. All were told "sorry, contact Expedia"
We were horribly disappointed."
