"First the bad The hotel had the feel of an old folks home or clinic, you need key card to enter the lobby. No hair dryer in the room the ad made it seem close to the beach it's a 30 minute drive. i would not recommend it for a family vacation but if you're newly divorced or a traveling nurse or worker it is a low cost and I will say clean well maintained mid term living situation."

"Definitely a great stay for the price and location near the Port. I was scheduled to come in later that evening however, my flight was changed to an earlier time. I sent a message asking, if I could do an early check-in and within minutes I had a response that my room was ready for me. If you need a place to stay before your cruise, I recommend staying at the Bonsai- A Modern Motor Court."

"A lot of ants in the room, shower not clean, hallways and room smelled sour, have to press elevators multiple times to work (safety concern)…. WILL NOT RETURN! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I advised the staff, and they didn’t offer to move us. It was too late to check into another hotel. I had to disinfect and clean the room. My child and I woke up to more ants!!! Thank God it was only for one night!"

"Had to complain to the desk clerk just prior to check out because the hotel is supposed to be non smoking but as soon as we got off the elevator we smelled cigarette smoke and also just inside the room, had to use body spray to cover the smell & when we checked in it reeked of marijuana smell outside of the hotel which we know that they can’t control that. Desk clerk confirmed with house keeping & they also smelled the cigarette smell on the floor. Other than that the room was clean."
