"Long wait to check in. Reception was very irriyaoat the phones. Maybe short staffed only two people checking in. Chips were 4$ for a single serving size bag. Location, property, room and view were great! "

"We have been traveling on Rt 66 from Chicago for a week now and I have to say The Skirvin set the bar on our stays. The absolute best hotel with warm service from start to finish, A great piano bar, food, location and comfy clean room. "

"The Ambassador is a fantastic hotel — people, location and accommodations. We flew into OKC during a terrific storm, and the staff could not have been more supportive. Even with the power knocked out, they let us get a drink at the bar to settle our nerves. I will always stay here when visiting. One of my favorite hotels in the U.S. "

"The staff was pleasant and helpful. The clerk at check-in, the housekeeper and the breakfast staff were all very nice. The elevators were plentiful and quick. Our room was comfortable but being near the elevator there were often loud voices in the hall. Another problem was a loud rhythmic noise in the A/C return air duct."

"The room had issues with the ac soo the room was really really hot and had something like a smell that just made you sneeze all over. The bed frame leather was peeling.. bad over all staff tried to help but nothing came out of it"

"PERFECT location near all the Bricktown activities. Clean comfortable rooms, super friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Perfect for our needs!!"

"Conveniently located. Room was a little run down and needed work. Stayed Friday and Saturday night. Came back to the room late Saturday afternoon and room wasn't cleaned by the cleaning staff. Told the front desk and they said it was supposed to be but no apologies or anything. Said they would tell the cleaning staff but nothing was ever done. Had onsite parking at the hotel but still had to pay to park there. Breakfast was marginal at best."

"We were TURNED AWAY at check in! They said Expedia cancelled our room months ago. After calling Expedia, they said they never cancelled the room. Expedia called the hotel and was told they never got a reservation. Too many different stories."

"The breakfast included scramble eggs, sausages and bacons, self-made waffles, yogurt, fruit juice and coffee and, etc. Conveniently located with reasonable distance to the downtown, e.g. 5-10 min ride to the Convention Center at around $10-12. Most reasonable priced in the neighborhood in that weekend. You don't have to pay the double for a hotel in downtown. Also it is nice and clean."

"Our family loved staying at Okana. The pools were fun, the room was nice and clean and most of the food was good. A few of the staff were not very friendly or helpful but thankfully majority of the rest were. We also did not like how much noise we could hear in our room.
