"Location was great. Beautiful area by oaklawn and Texas de Brazil . Checking in was very convoluted and not a lot of help, instructions was a series of steps with broken links and codes that failed to open doors etc. After getting inside , considering the advertised monthly rent there is twice the average, I expected a bit more inside. I expected luxury furniture ,luxury fixtures. Our unit was 317 . Bathroom was nice and bed was comfy. Otherwise, Basic plain furniture that looked heavily used....

"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"

"Was supposed to get an access code and never got one. Tried emailing and calling no response. So I had to book another hotel. I am very disappointed and am looking to get a refund if I can ever get ahold of anyone. "

"Very clean property. Beautiful pool, gym. I even had washer and dryer in my unit. Smart tv. I felt very safe and right at home in my unit!! Beautiful Fresh market on corner. Very nice location. Will definitely stay again. "

"Excellent, avec le temps les séjours en hôtel me sont devenus insupportable car trop impersonnels et usants. Les chambres des hôtels sont étriquées, bruyante et peu adaptées pour les journées de travail d'intérieur. Cet appartement était tout simplement époustouflant pour moi. Il était immense et parfaitement au calme, j'avais l'impression d'être presque chez moi. Un bémol tout de même pour le quartier populaire qui risque d'en repousser plus d'un(e), surtout le soir."

"Apaprtment not clean. Strong bad odor on arrival from dirty back up water. Had to run the washing machine on hot washes every 5 hours or so to keep the smell down. Balcony had huge hornet nest. Informed landing, no person came to fix. Could not use big balcony. Amenities are very good. Location is perfect for us as a family of four. Size of apartment is perfect."
