"The staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. (No moldy corners yay!) I will say it has the longest hallways to get from lobby to the elevators. For someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage you need to take this into consideration. Best to ask reception where your room is located to determine which side of building to park on. We didn't use pool or gym. The lobby restaurant looked nice but we did not eat there. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Nyack and would gladly return whenever I’m in the area. From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The concierge was warm and accommodating, my room was clean, inviting, and full of artistic charm, and the bartenders and servers were wonderful. The food and drinks were also delicious, making my stay all the more enjoyable."

"Terrible place, total dump - dirty, stained walls, smelly carpeting. Even though it says "non-smoking", our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Not good at all."

"Recently stayed for a quick overnight. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was a bit more used than expected (wear and tear on the furniture and decor). The room was fine for an overnight but looked across into the indoor pool area, so blinds needed to be closed. The larger advertised restaurant has closed so the cafe is the remaining amenity and the kitchen closes at 9pm for dinner, which we just missed after we arrived. Overall, given other choices in area, I might have picked...

"When the property was booked, there was no mention that the kitchen was closed. Therefore there was no breakfast available as stated when booked. The pawn up serving the property they were windows broken in some rooms. The room smelled. I went and bought Lysol too, kill any bad odors from the closets and sofa near the porch. I don’t even know if I was charged extra for the continental breakfast that was not available. "

"We decided stay at this hotel, because it is only option was. In general all good. Big parking lot, polite staff. But, room doesn't have fridge, and for my request slippers, they said, they don't have it. There are the reasons why I little bit disappointed."

"The room was clean and we also used the gym. My husband took advantage of the complimentary day pass at 24hr fitness and he said it was nice to have that option. We also enjoyed the valet, they were prompt and easy to request our car right away via text. They were also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay overall "
