"We ask for a handicap room and was assigned a room on the 4th floor as far from the elevators has could be. As a handicapped person this was not good. We asked to be rude to move to a room closer to the elevator and we're given a room two doors down from the elevator but the carpet in this room was very dirty. It was obvious that a pet had been in this room on the third floor when they said that pets were only allowed on the first and second floor unless it was a comfort animal. We found dog...

"We booked our trip here to visit my grown children and my sons wife s about to have their baby. The visit was pleasant but, I have seizures and was on the 5th floor and the elevator went out. The front staff said it would be fixed shortly.....it was out our entire stay."

"The room air conditioner was set at 60 when we checked it. It was frigid. On the way to dinner I told the employee at the desk that it was on 69. He replied that it has to be kept that low, whatever that meant. But we set it at 72 and went out for dinner. When we came back the room smelled like mold. Apparently, that was why the air conditioner was set so low, in order to try to dry the room. My husband is now coughing and sniffing from the stay last night. I stayed there in October in another...

"We arrive in the hotel at midnight and i ask the receptionist for additional blanket and pillow since i booked for 5 persons and they don’t have extra. The carpet is dirty and the beddings and blanket has hair!!"

"After a long day of traveling, our family including two young children arrived at the hotel. The desk attendant was abrupt although we were the only guests in the vicinity. She told us there was an additional $29. “Incidental fee.” When asked about it she said, “ Just sign it, everyone has to pay it.” But the worst part was the room we were given was either being currently used or never cleaned. Dirty towels on the floor, bed not made, opened water bottles on one of the beds etc. No apology...

"BEWARE Dirty floors, dirty comforter. Toilet paper holder falling out of the wall. Floors sticky and disgusting, feet were black in 15 mins. Non smoking room realed of cigarettes. I mean the place is a dump. Walls/doors are paper thin. Could hear neightbors normal convo by the car inside over the TV noise. Outside looks ok though."
