"Everything was normal the way we expected but some thinks need to be improved. I referring to the cleaning personal being negligent by omitting to leave toiletries in the bathroom we saw them next day on the cart as well the conditioner bottle was empty, the alarm on the clock went off at 6 am. This are just small issues that can be fixed by better trained personnel"

"Booked the 1 bedroom suite that displayed the room with a living room and a sofa. There was no sofa but another double bed. So, essentially a standard room with 2 beds in it but a wall between them that I paid $30 more a night for thinking it was a suite when it really was a 2 bed standard. Recommend images be revised and description updated to advertise what you really get."
