Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels...

"- J'ai réservé d un hôtel bidon l entrée de l immeuble sale les escaliers aussi d une part d autre part l entrée le hôtel sale aussi pourtant j'ai vu le photo sur le site un balcon dont sur le boulevard. - Le personnel un jeune aucun éducation et en plus nerveux son comportement bizarre. - j'ai quitté le lieu parce que j'ai senti que je ne suis pas en sécurité."

"Building is a bit old. Great and helpful friendly staff. Great location with a little noise from street business. Close to Giza Pyramids. Breakfast delivered everyday. Free bottle of water. Great people."

"Si fue amable y cuarto limpio"

"The Guest house was relative clean. The location was good, close to the pyramid. There seem to be a communication problems as the staff could not speak ENGLISH which became an issue! The location to this guest house was very difficult to find. The room needs to be updated as the bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was reasonably good."

"My sheets were dirty with hairs, no wonder is super cheap, the breakfast it was not good, they only served what they want in in really small amount, there is nothing to choose same thing both days, when I asked for more eggs they said there is no more eggs they served only one egg with full of salt. Also The have a menu of drink way over priced, The only good things about this place was the pyramid view, and the welcoming of the employees other than that I was feeling very uncomfortable."
