"Internet didn’t work, so called ‘city view’ was a view of a dark alley and i dirty roof. Breakfast was basic. The service was bad, they sad car to airport was included and then the next day it wasn’t. I am handicapped and had to carry all my luggage down the stairs while they just watch."
