"Check in/out time on Hotels.com is 3pm/1pm. We requested an early check in weeks in advance and were told that check in was at 3 and they didn’t make any effort to get us in early. Fine, we get it. The day of, we messaged and asked again on a whim if we could get in early. This time we were told that check in “began” at 3:30. So after the listed time. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have a working desk in the room. That being said, they have a nice work area for guests."

"Ola Santiago was a terrific Choice for us when we were in Santiago for three days. The location is in a nice neighborhood. We felt safe as Americans the entire time. We felt it was very easy to get around. Ubers were about five dollars anywhere you wanted to go in Santiago. After staying in other hotels on our vacation, Ola Santiago proved to have a terrific breakfast. The room we chose was a bit small, but that was our pick.
