"I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at this Marriott property. Throughout my interactions, it was clear that the staff did not know how to appropriately address my concerns or provide any meaningful assistance. "Clean room, quiet"

"Everything was wonderful. The rooms are cleaned and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was nice. Would stay here again!"

"Great hotel. Staff is the best & will try to accommodate any of your wishes. Gym is well equipped but could use one more mat. Super clean. Great location."

"Awesome hotel and very efficient service and staffs"

"The room was incredibly spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, and everything, including the bathroom, was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay! The only things I didn’t like were the strong smell of the Fabuloso cleaning product in the first-floor entrance area and the scrambled eggs at breakfast, which had other ingredients mixed in. I would have preferred plain scrambled eggs. Other than that, everything was wonderful!"

"Even though this is an older property, their team keeps it very clean. The staff was amazing. Our plane landed well before check-in and they did their best to get our room ready and even let us store our bags while we did some exploring of San Jose. Will return, for sure!"
