"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. "We had a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing. They accommodated out late check in and vegan made special a vegan breakfast fit for a queen. You won't be staying in the castle but in the building they have right beside. The area is quite peaceful. Very German ! "

"Das Hotel ist gut gelegen aber in die Jahre gekommen. Von der Fassade und des Treppenhauses. Die Koffer müssen die vielen Treppen hochgeschleppt werden. Die Zimmer sind klein aber neu renoviert worden. Das Bad wurde auch neu gefliest. Es ist laut da die Zimmer sich über der Straße befinden. Aber für eine Nacht war es ok. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. "

"Das Hotel ist eine klare Empfehlung. Ich hatte ursprünglich die Ruhestörung am 07.12. gemeldet. In der Zwischenzeit hat sich das aber geklärt. Der Hotelbetreiber ist schon mit den örtlichen Behörden im Kontakt, um das zu lösen. Die Ursache liegt nicht am Hotel selbst, sondern wurde durch Dritte verursacht, die gegenüber wohnen.
