"I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. "Beautiful property. Odd placement of the check in desk - steps. No one at the front entrance to help with my suitcase (I arrived in the evening). Breakfast was ok, it wasn’t hot, eg. the escovitch fish was cold. The flavors seemed to have been toned down on the Jamaican local breakfast items. The liver tasted really good and the pineapple juice. Very close to Devon House but quite a drive to the airport. They do not offer airport shuttle service.
