"We were walking the wales coast path and had not factored in the demand around Cardiff for accommodation when concerts are on. The student accommodation was the only reasonable priced option we could get for the weekend ( still more expensive than a premier inn) The main issue was heat, the room was very warm, a fan was provided but the window is only open a few issues (H&S) therefore circulating warm air. "The property was clean and the room was quiet. Nice and spacious for the price. The staff were polite and helpful and the location next to the train station was ideal. Also good breakfast!"

"Hotel was convenient, bright and airy, clean, tidy, although has some wear on stairs. Staff very welcoming and friendly. It was surprisingly cool and quiet for the location and season! Amenities may have been 'budget' level, but facilities in room and Reception more than adequate. Shower temperature easily adjusted. 'Continental' cold buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful, and timings wide and convenient. I just might have to visit again, when it suits a journey!"

"This is a fantastic hotel right in the heart of Cardiff and just a quick walk to so many bars, cafes, shops and the Castle. Our room was so lovely.
