"Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Great view, nice staff. Across the street from both the Amtrak train station and a major mall but no noise from either and quiet streets. Cons: no pool, hot tub, or sauna and no locks on the bathroom doors."

"The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and the room very spacious. Parking my car was a problem. They didn’t have parking available. I checked with the staff multiple times and every time was told they were full. I ended up finding a parking spot several blocks from the hotel for $22 an hour. It was bad."

"What a fabulous themed hotel. The Graduate Hotel takes its theme seriously, from the DND signs which read “studying”, to the room keys with pics of notable Providence graduates including David Byrne, Laura Linney, Ted Turner and many more whose formed pictures hung on the wall of our beautifully decorated suite. "

"The Dye House is a very cool and convenient option for staying in and exploring Providence! The communication was excellent and great recommendations and information regarding the area was provided despite there being no on site staff. I would definitely recommend staying here for the convenience and comfort!"

"The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a kitchen and a guest living room in the hallway, with other rooms surrounding them. The bathroom is public but has privacy, which is okay. The room is quiet, and, most importantly, it is close to Brown and RISD if you are visiting either, since the hotel is on College Hill. The booking assistant, Stefano, responded very quickly each time I needed anything. Overall, it's quite nice and clean."

"Check in staff - Arthur - was very pleasant and accommodating! The complimentary bottles of water were an unexpected nice touch too. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The complimentary breakfast is great. We always stay here when visiting family in Providence! We’ll be back again! "
