"It's always a pleasure staying at the Hyatt house. Staff is always nice and welcoming. Rooms are clean and kept up. Breakfast is good on the weekends. I would suggest more seating during busy weekends. However they handles 3 wedding parties very well. They ran out of a lot of this by the weekday. Overall, I definitely recommend and will be back on out next visit to Raleigh.!"

There was no coffee maker, nor plates, bowls, mugs, etc. there was silverware and a few glasses The bathroom had nowhere to hang towels, and there were only two hangers in the giant walk-in closet, and only one partial roll of toilet paper. On the plus side there was a washer and dryer iron blow dryer, they provided linens. The place was larger than I expected, However the apartment smelled like old carpet and grease. The hallway had an overwhelming smell of...

"A comfortable room and bed. Pretty clean but lighting was dim, Happy overall for a short stop. Don’t count on a big breakfast- no hot foods are prepared and served, just packaged sandwiches to heat yourself, cereal, yogurt, muffins, toast, waffle maker, snd and a few oranges."

"I enjoy using the pool whenever I can and the [pool was open and clean and many chairs and loungers available. The breakfast was quality with some hot foods to enjoy and fruit available. Shower had really good pressure. Pleasant stay."

"This place did not look anything like the pictures online. I did not stay here after circling the outside by car and visiting the lobby. Hated that my reservation was non refundable. Will not prepay on future reservations without knowing more about the area."

"The staff at this location was so friendly and amazing. We had a hiccup with our airbnb and were able to snag a room last minute for the duration of our stay in Raleigh. So glad I chose this location. Rooms were so clean. Ours looked like it had been updated. Pool looked nice too! Will definitely be returning."
