"We stayed three days at zielona terrasy. The reception was five minutes away from the apartment and it was almost impossible to park there when we should check in. When we arrivet to the apartment there were no towels and bedlinen there. We had to call several times before we got an answer. Later in the evening we got a plasticbox with towels and linen and had to make the bed by ourselves. The spa is not at the appartment. Its 5 minutes away but it is nice. "Das Zimmer-wie gebucht- war traumhaft! Allerdings lief der Check-In überhaupt nicht gut. Den Schlüssel erhält man nicht mehr an der Rezeption (diese wurde eingespart), sondern über einen Schlüsselkasten, den man mit einem Code öffnen kann. An sich eine gute Sache, sofern man den Code zugeschickt bekommt. Zwei mal haben wir das Hotel angeschrieben, jedoch keine Antwort bekommen. Erst als ich mich an Expedia gewandt habe, erhielten wir den Code per E-Mail. Das war zwei Stunden vor unserer Ankunft....

"Very nice apartment. The only thing that was annoying was the code on the door that sometimes didn’t work and it took a few tries to get inside. Plus, there was no information about where the parking spot for the apartment was located (some were numbered but most weren’t). We spent a lot of time trying to find it with no luck. And even parked on the side by the forest.

"This is a modern apartment with fabulous sea view. The only one suggestion is to better organise check in and out system as driving about 15 miles to the office is not the best solution at the moment.
I highly recommend this property to anyone."
