"Everything started ok but when I drove around to the back to go to my room, I realized person did not give me my key. When I went back to Herta to get my key, she argued with me that she gave it to me when she didn’t. I had a long day of driving and didn’t need to have an argument about the key. My room was on the second floor. The stairs were extremely steep and very narrow footing. It was difficult to carry a suitcase up those stairs. "This was by far the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. I travel a lot for work and stay in many different hotels across the state and never have had an experience this poor. "The room was nice very clean but we found it weird they were going green when it came to the coffee. My sister is a coffee drinker and usually has a cup before doing anything else but skipped it because she had to go downstairs to get it. Also the mattress is starting to wear or maybe it’s just not like my home mattress. But we’d stay here again because of how nice the staff was"
