"Got upgraded to a larger room in the building next to reception. Staff helped me with suitcases when moving over, and room is clean and spciaous. Free water available downstairs (think they offer free drinks at the main building too). Location very convenient, 5 minute walk from the train station. Also very soundproof - you won't hear any noises from the room."

"Great location and very reasonably priced for the amenities you get. I would stay here again. Shower and bathroom facilities good and own fridge with kettle and teas supplied. Temperature control for room simple to use. Only thing I would of liked more of is pillows. Could of asked for more but could not be bothered as minor complaint. Great place to stay on a budget."

"In a good location easy to find when driving by car. Europa Park is about a 15-25 minute walk dependant on your age (we are 60+) and its all flat. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are great for a short stay. We find the lack of anywhere to put your clothes a bit disappointing but it didn't hurt for a short stay to leave everything in our cases. The underground car park is secure. We opted not to have breakfast so cannot offer any feedback."
