"The room that I was staying in had multiple cockroach like bugs in there I had seen about 4 of them during my first night. Afterwards, I asked to change rooms and the staff was more than accommodating towards my request. Next room, no bugs so that was a plus. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes but it is a "

"The location was great, it was walking distance from Shinsaibashi to shop or take the metro anywhere south. And was also close to a metro station to go anywhere north. The amenities were great, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a bit small but that is the norm in Japan, but other than that the room was great. The sights from outside the hotel were also very pretty. Would definitely recommend."
