"What a beautiful well maintained hotel. Everything deserves 5+ stars. The food was quality and variety. The staff amazing. The amenities excellent. Right next to Namba train station and OCAT too. Theres a mall next to it and 10mins away walking from Dotonbori. Very very convinient. Amazing stay for me and my family with little children."

"If you check in early the hotel holds onto your luggage which is super helpful. The room sizes were very comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring. Only downside was the elevator has it would create a line during check-ins or checks out as it always stops on the second floor, which is the reception area."

"Good hotel to stay on your last day before leaving Japan and you can also have some nice beach view and hotel is located in pretty convenient spot that you can also go do shopping and bowling and everything is closer.they also provide airport shuttle from early morning which is a plus. "Breakfast is only included for one person when booking not for an extras person. The food is alright . If you have picky eaters ( kids ). I’ll recommend you , just to go buy food outside or buy a one day breakfast to give it a try , instead of paying for your whole duration in advance."
