"The room was clean and tidy. We did have a good stay at the Halswell and will stay again.
A couple of things. One of the lamps wasn't working. We turned the fridge off as it was very noisy and there was no door handle on the outside of our door.
These are all minor, and as I said we will stay again."

"Room and bedding seemed to be clean but was itchy all night and had a suspected spider bite on side of face in the morning. Had a room service salad, but chicken was like leather. Upset stomach the following day. Disappointed overall as supposed to be 4.5 star and quite expensive."
