"Room was fine for a quick stop to get a good night's sleep before running out to railfan up the road at the nearby Ashbury tracks and then drive back north. Our roomkey said breakfast was served at 6:30 am which we had planned in but when we went down the doors closed and a woman came out and said it's nit ready yet and would be at 7am. "It was a very pleasant stay. Up until 100 kids showed up on Saturday night. We checked out on Sunday morning so it wasn't a big deal. The staff were fantastic. The breakfast was simple, but had a decent selection. The rooms were clean and welcoming. No issues with parking at all."

"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside didn’t look anything special, more like a 2 star hotel. Inside was very clean, staff was extremely helpful, positive, with a constant smile on their face, ready to help in any moment. My stay was during the Kentucky derby and even though the hotel was full, staff was still friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the room was very clean. Great place."
