"There were not enough parking spots by night time"

"Was a last minute decision. I was very satisfied with the pricing, cleanliness, hot water, comfy bed......but,,,, the breakfast was the worst ive ever experienced at an IHG property. No selection very minimal choices, crappy eggs no fruit and definitely not the IHG standards that I have become accustomed to. I threw away 90% of my plate. On a final positive thought, Coffee machine was excellent though."

"They oversold the rooms for the night, so I got a different room than the one I had originally reserved. AC at lobby was barely working and it is summer in Texas. The room was extremely humid and ceiling was covered in what looked like black mold. Sheets and bath tub were dirty."

"The rooms are not cleaned daily, and towels must be changed only prior notify to the housekeeper. There is no air conditioning in the lobby at night, and there are flies."

"Overall stay was okay. It was our anniversary but we were unable to rest because the bed was so uncomfortable and hard. Also didn’t realize housekeeping only came every other day."

"Excellent staff and a courtesy early check-in is always nice. The room is a fine suite with consistency throughout the franchise. Brreakfast had many choices, and here is how my choices panned out: Eggs - just fine. Sausage Link - like rubber. Sausage Sliced (kielbasa?) - Just fine. 1/4 Waffle Piece - rubbery (which I found amazing). Oatmeal - just fine. Like I said, there was a lot of choices so I'm sure you'll find many things to your liking."

"It felt more like a 3-star than a 4-star. The wall art and vibe were unique. The hotel looked and felt old. People in rooms could easily be heard from the hallway and the people in the hallway could easily be heard in the rooms. The bathroom was small. I couldn’t get their electric vehicle charger to work and the front desk couldn’t help me because it was 3rd party. The pool was out of service the first day we were there. The air conditioner was one of those loud, wall air conditioners they...

"Air conditioning woke me up every time it ran. What I liked about the hotel is management gave the housekeeping staff the day off to celebrate Father’s Day."

"Staff was attentive. The room and hotel were immaculate. Parking was easy. 10/10"

"Would have liked the restroom to to not have hair on the floor. The toilet was not working and they fixed it promptly. There was still a leak though. Overall the place was decent to lay head down for a few hours before getting back on the road. Staff were prompt when I expressed there was an issue with the toilet."

"The rooms facing the main drag off of 5th should have a warning about the church music building next door. They play music all the way until 5am or later and very loudly and disturbing."
