"Parking during the day is difficult with the construction going on. Not a lot of available street parking nearby. The A/C would not get below 74-76 degrees and I messaged the host about it and never got a response during my stay."

"Great room with lots of space. Loved the self parking option; it's a gated garage so your car feels secure. Our two recommendations are to drop the multi-digit code for the door, elevator, garage, etc. If this were a key card, it would save a ton of time and frustration. The other one is to tweak the front desk. It's two small desks where you sit down to check in- it feels odd; it should be a counter, which naturally makes the transactions that happen there faster. "Here for ACL weekend. House was perfect. Very nicely decorated. There were four of us. Three got the rooms and one on the couch but it worked and it was comfortable for all of us. There aren’t any fans in the rooms and I was worried about that so I brought some from home but the ac worked well and honestly we didn’t need them. Location is also good. It’s a very quiet neighborhood occasionally we would hear the train but it was very peaceful night and day. The only negative things I have to say...

"Place was clean at check in. Couple of things missing but were brought to us rather quickly. Parking is a little tricky but good directions were given. Only thing I can compalin about is that the unit we were in as well as the floor, all needed painting. Scuff marks on the wall everywhere made the place look run down."
