"Loved this place. So quiet at night. Comfortable big bed. Spotless room. Super shower and bathroom. Friendly little family team. Breakfasts were excellent - always fruit, fruit juice, coffee (or tea), toast/pastries and something cooked - we had something different every day of the week. We enjoyed reading and relaxing on the roof terrace. Nice location in Condesa, near Roma. Highly recommend and would come again. Thank you. "

"This stay was the highlight of our time in CDMX. We fell in love with the city, but this place made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and thoughtful, and the nightly routine made every day feel special.
Anastasia, Zaira, and Carlos were incredible hosts—so warm and generous with their time, and their recommendations were spot-on. Coming back each night to a refreshed room and our nighttime tea felt like a little ritual we looked forward to....

"This space was beyond beautiful! I’m amazed on how Mexico has preserved colonial architecture. I particularly love the spacious outside patio for our morning coffee and just taking in of fresh air. The French doors to the bedroom open right into the patio and it was a delight to experience. This space also has a back patio that is just so gorgeous! The hosts were very accommodating and extremely communicative at all our needs. This little gem of space is definitely one I would come back to. "
