"I have traveled much of the world, and this is the loveliest hotel in which I have ever stayed. Gorgeous restored castle, beautiful grounds, lovely evening, meals on the lawn, and wonderful attentive staff. I cannot wait to come back! All of their rooms appear to be lovely, you cannot go wrong."

"Gute Poolanlage, jedoch war der Pool geschlossen. Laut Aussage des Personals erst ab 15.06.26 geöffnet. Leider war keine Info hierrüber bei der Buchung hinterlegt. Frühstück war echt nicht gut. Sehr wenig Auswahl und leider auch nicht lecker. Zimmer waren echt im sehr sehr alten Design. Hatte den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Personal zum Teil echt unfreundlich und wenig auskunfts bereit. Ein Hotel für eine Nacht zur Durchreise. Mehr leider nicht."

"It's a good hotel to stop overnight if you are on the road. There's not much around it, and getting to places (e.g. restaurants) requires a car. But the property is clean and beds were comfortable."

"Had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital, messaged the hotel to explain and asked if they could kindly move the stay date an extra 24 hours, no cancellation...no empathy, took the money and cancelled the booking....if that's the kind of hotel that they are, enjoy the money, I'm not that desperate....karma will find a way to return the favour ...so the rating that I would give them is.... Really there are no minuses"

"The location is awesome. Right behind a church in the old town, only 20 meters from a sea view from atop the wall on the promenade. It was less expensive than other old town options and provided a spot for parking that was about €5 less per day than other options. I'd highly recommend them and would stay there again."

"Quando arrivi quasi di notte e trovi un sorriso, un buon piatto per cenare nonostante la cucina fosse già chiusa, un buon letto per dormire, tanto silenzio ed una buona colazione, il tutto ad un prezzo comunque ancora sostenibile visto cosa c’è in giro oggi in tariffe, puoi solo che essere soddisfatto. "Aunque todo estuvo muyyy bien, lo mejor fue el restaurante, en el almuerzo nos comimos entre muchas otras cosas una cazuela Vasta, que estaba sencillamente espectacular y al otros día una pasta con langosta de chuparse los dedos y lo mejor de todo dentro del mismo hotel, sin tener que salir a ningún lado. "Great hotel 10-20 years ago. Needs upgrades. Air conditioner didn’t wor well, hot tub wasn’t hot, pool was closed in the afternoons. Rooms were clean and good but amenities lacking for a 4 star."
