"The staff was very attentive and wonderful. Housekeeping was so great. Super caring and attentive to details like needing more towels. Disappointed in the restuarant located in the basement. Expensive and not worth it. We chose this hotel for the upper rooftop view and the other Michelin restuarant on the property. Both were closed due to renovations. Still a beautiful experience. "My wife and I enjoyed our 3 day stay. The front desk staff spoke English and were very friendly and knowledgeable. We used their shuttle service from the airport and both to and from the Vatican and Trastevere. We did not go to the outdoor pool, but went to the indoor spa every day.
