"Great staff that could not do enough for us, newly decorated room very good restaurant (but very busy) breakfast is amazing but it you do have to be a bit patient but it is very much worth the wait. Parking is adequate but i would think if you turn up later in the evening you would struggle for space Our second stay there and would do it again"

"All you need, lovely people running this little hotel , very good breakfast!"

"We left after just 4 hours because the property was nothing like the listing. The photos give a far better impression than the reality. Before arrival, I had to chase the host for check-in instructions as nothing had been sent. Even after calling, I was only given the key safe code. "Charming hotel, in a great location. Very comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast. All in all a great place for a weekend break."

"The moment you walked in the door, you were greeted with an excellent welcome. The room was fabulous, and spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Food and service , both in the evening and at breakfast was excellent too. Would thoroughly recommend."

"The interior of the hotel is a little shabby here and there, wallpaper chipped in places. Breakfast was poor, not a lot of choice."

"Good location handy for the station and town centre"

"It very nicely located in the old part of town,"

"Great location, great food and a thoroughly enjoyable stay"

"The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. The reserve was so peaceful"

"Lovely stay, helpful staff, great location."

"Had a 2 day stopover while working in Folkestone - a well located guest house with good parking, friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Couldn't get the wifi to work but for a such a short stay I wasn't too fussed. If ever in the area again then would be very happy to return."

"The perfect stay. Beautiful place with lots of character; beautiful and comfy rooms, a really lovely, service throughout, and an excellent breakfast with lots of options to choose from. The home baking on arrival, and the most gorgeous rabbits in the back garden were one of the many highlights!"
