"So amazing! This is an authentic chalet tucked in the mountains. It’s a quick drive to Lauterbrunnen or there’s a free bus. I love the little grocery market that’s across the street. Just a stone throw away. This market has famous croissants that are a regional favorite.. but don’t eat too many because the breakfast at this hotel is great. The staff was very polite. The only thing I would encourage them to do is provide coffee in the rooms. They do have teabags in the hallway and water kettles...

My room in the building without ensuite amenities was fine - small, only one electrical outlet for charging phones etc. One bathroom and shower for 9 rooms on my floor seems a little inadequate. A nice place for sure, but compared to other Swiss hotels with comparable amenities and location desirability, a tad overpriced I think."
