"Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, breakfast was decent. What else could you ask for. Sauna was out of order and would be nice to have kettle in room rather than downstairs but didn’t negatively affect our stay. Quiet road just around the corner from Parliament and main roads to get anywhere in Budapest. Chocolates nice touch. "

Leider trübte der Service das Gesamtbild deutlich. Bei Nachbestellungen von Brot, Kaffee oder anderen Kleinigkeiten kam es zu langen Wartezeiten. Teilweise wurden Bestellungen offenbar vergessen oder gar nicht mehr gebracht. Gerade beim Frühstück ist ein reibungsloser Ablauf aus meiner Sicht essenziell. Zudem empfinde ich es als eher...

"Beautiful hotel, 1st class amenities, great food, attentive staff in lobby and restaurant. I would give this 5 stars but we had a bag of small items and jewelry we had purchased at gift shops stolen from our room (probably cleaning staff) leaving the experience tainted."

"Incredible service by Petra and Attila. They gave us all the great restaurants and bakeries and places to go. Thanks for their help with trains !! The sauna was so deluxe: hot and a nice rest area. The breakfast was delicious with fresh squeezed juice. Great pastries. Our room was quiet and the bed was great. Super location with easy walk everywhere. We are coming back . "
