"We stayed here 1 night after a late flight arrival to Venice. Despite arriving after midnight we were able to check-in by completing self check in prior to arrival and being provided with codes for entry to accommodation and room. The process was very easy and communication excellent. Room for 4 people (2 children) was very large, air conditioned and very clean. We walked from the airport. The walk too just under 15 minutes. Directions were provided by the hotel. There were no taxis available....
