"We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. "Excellent location and the bonus of the private beach. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly, each one went above and beyond the normal expected service, from reception to the restaurant staff, they all made our anniversary trip very special. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again."

"Ich hatte Zimmer 516, Lage des Hotels direkt am Hafen mit herrlichem Blick in den Hafen, moderne Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Restaurant, Problem: Kaum öffentliche Parkplätze und der gebuchte Parkplatz war leider recht weit weg - es gibt zwar auch auch Parkhaus direkt im Hotel, aber ich hatte leider keinen Platz dort sondern hunderte Meter entfernt auf einem abgesperrten Platz. Nicht optimal mit Gepäck etc."

"An incredibly special hotel that commands a beautiful location overlooking the town of Santa Margharita Ligure. The grounds are spectacular and the staff could not had been more helpful or welcoming. Breakfast on the wrap around terrace admiring the spectacular views was an absolute pleasure. If you like traditional elegant hotels, this is a must."
