"The location I recently had the pleasure of staying at was nothing short of amazing. Nestled on the top part of the mountain, it offered an uninterrupted, breathtaking view of the vast, azure ocean that stretched as far as the eye could see. "

"The whole building was very clean, and the staff extremely courteous. My room was very large with a kitchenette and en suit bathroom with a good shower room."

"The room was as advertised, however would have been better with a Queen sized bed instead of a Double bed. The view was wonderful and the room was spacious. The breakfast was not the best and the pastries were hard (i.e. Not soft and fresh). The menu for dinner was not well advertised nor could be easily found without having to go downstairs to the restaurant, which was inconvenient."

"The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either. The fridge stunk !! I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !! I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !! R550 paid for a terrible night of little sleep and i could not even...

"We had a lovely stay at Acara. The host was a joy to converse with and very accommodating. The location was excellent and made it easy to visit many vineyards, beaches, and shopping in the surrounding area. The views of the mountains, vineyards, and horses from our cottage were also a highlight. We look forward to visiting again! "

"Basic accommodations, didnt look like the photos. Less of a hotel bit like staying in someone house. Mold around shower and ok room for a quick overnight stay. 20 min walk to restaurants though. Bed comfy. "

"Super tolles, schön eingerichtetes, sauberes, großes Zimmer mit allem, was man sich wünscht, inklusive Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse. Man merkt, dass die Ausstattung von höchster Qualität ist. Das Personal ist super herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist wunderschön weitläufig und lädt zum schlendern und entdecken ein. Die indischen Laufenten waren ein absolutes Highlight. Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend, ebenso wie das Wein Tasting."

"A little bit old fashioned, but very friendly and clean. Excellent Bed. Spacious and clean bathroom, could need a little fresh up. Good restaurant, excellent breakfast. Excellent and quiet situation. Near to different touristic places."
