Clean, good sized room with good views. Reception staff excellent. Disappointed with breakfast, good selection but presentation and quality much poorer that expected for 4 star hotel.

Very average.

Room was ok, but for the price you’d expect soap in the bathroom, some sort of milk for coffee, and WiFi that might actually connect to the internet. Also had to get another guest to help check me out because the hostess had turned her phone off. Average at best.

My family and I stay for Christmas break and by far was one of the best stays we ever had. The penthouse is huge, clean, and very accommodating. Check in and out was smooth. I have zero complaints and I highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Cape Town!
