"The staff was absolutely amazing. I needed to stay an extra night, and they were so accommodating with such notice. They went above and beyond. The gym is also phenomenal. Will definitely stay again."

"Room had not been cleaned yet when we arrived, we waited in the lobby about 90 minutes for them to find staff to come and clean the room. When we were checking in the front desk person ' warned' us they had had issues with housekeeping. A simple check by staff before we arrived , we could have avoided the issues. Bagels in breakfast room were stale, potatoes were cold....ended up having yogurt. "

"Casino area was great, tv did not work in our room. Pool closed early and pool door left open so very humid in hallways. "

"Leaking water in bathroom from above floor, pool cold and area not very well kept up. Breakfast was ok. But would not stay here again. Was an interesting stay to say the least. "

"Whole hotel smells of smoke and weed. Hallways dark. Carpet in room very dirty. Had very dirty pillowcases. No items available for breakfast. Did not got refilled for other people. Not able to fine receptionist. We booked for two night but left after 1 night stay. This was the worst place we have ever stayed in. "

"I had booked and paid for a room online, check in is at 3 pm. I arrived at 5pm and was told the rooms weren’t ready and wouldn’t be until 6:30 or so. They then told me to just wait in the lobby or come back later. So I hung around for about 45 minutes but I had an event I had to be at by 6pm, and ended up having to change clothes and get ready in the lobby bathroom. My room still wasn’t ready after this, so I brought my bag back to my vehicle and went to my event. When I came back after my event and tried to check in (like they advised me to do) they told me they had no available rooms and practically kicked me out. While shutting the door behind me they said that I was given a refund. I was not. Would NEVER recommend this place. Thankfully I had a friend who was able to come pick me up and let me stay at their place otherwise I would have been stuck sleeping in my vehicle."

"There are several food locations near by. The staff was friendly. The rooms were dirty. The floor was sticky and had not been mopped for sometime by the looks of it. The counter surfaces were clovered in dust amd dirt.The toilet seat was clean, but not the rest of the toilet. The toilet ran every time you flushed unless you lifted the lid and fixed it. The walls were dirty. The bedding was clean and the room looked like it had recently been updated with new flooring. It would have been a nice place if they cleaned it properly. "
