Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico

"The rooms were super clean along with everywhere else. You can kayak for free on the beach. The pools were nice and clean and open till 10:00am. On Saturday, there was calypso band playing near the lobby. Nectar is by far the best restaurant and the staff are super nice as well as the main lobby staff for the hotel. The Sand trap restaurant is horrendous, cheap tasting food (fries, burgers, tenders…) and the staff are super rude. Avoid it! I’ve been here multiples times and will continue to stay as it’s an amazing location."

"I loved the quiet room that was in a great location. However it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the room we were staying in had no air conditioning. Upon arriving It was overly hot and hard to sleep."
