"Amazing stay! Gorgeous grounds! Really, really nice and helpful staff, but at times it took a while for room service to bring us what we needed, and some had trouble understanding English, so they brought us the wrong thing. But other than that, it was an incredible experience, and I highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency!!"

"Absolutely — here’s a polished version that keeps the positive, genuine tone while making it flow more naturally: My stay was an absolute delight! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I had issues with my bank card during booking. Luis and Melody were very professional and welcoming at the bar, and their recommendations were spot-on. My only issue was the low water pressure and the water not being hot enough. However, I understand that this is likely related to the local infrastructure and not necessarily the property’s fault. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service!"

"Very nice room on a beautiful property, and conveniently located to all of your El Yunque adventures. We loved listening to the sounds of the rainforest (especially the coquis!) at night, and the pool was lovely in the evenings. Careful with the shower though, water has a tendency to run over the edge onto the floor. Otherwise a great stay!"

"Very good Very clean the staff was very helpful there was only one thing that needs to upgrade and that is to put a iron and iron board in the room and the steps going up are to deep. Otherwise buitiful place and the staff nice."
