"It’s a beautiful hotel with a stunning beachfront. The only issue I experienced during our five-day stay was the room service and housekeeping. Despite requesting that our room be cleaned, the housekeeping crew never came by. I had to repeatedly track them down to request basic toiletries and fresh towels. The hotel did offer me a $100 food voucher to make up for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, it was offered on our last day. Overall, the hotel and beachfront are beautiful, but the housekeeping service definitely needs improvement."

"It has to be a better communication when it is a shorter of water , we got there and it was not water and it was our first time in Puerto Rico so we didn’t know that they have a tank of water inside the unit for emergency, we have to find out for ourselves how to use the emergency tank , because I was told that we were supposed to have some kind of a schedule for the water but we never have a that time , it was always when we were out or a different times, I have to find out on my own and after that I was able to use that water for the toilets and shower and when you go with your family is very inconvenient."
